Chinese food made with love

At Paradise, we are famous for serving authentic Hyderabadi cuisine and the world’s favourite Biryani. But, every foodie expects variety and our chefs are continuously looking to add new dishes from various cuisines to keep our menu exciting. Like Hyderabadi cuisine, Chinese cuisine too depends on using a wide assortment of spices to create a delicious effect. Demand for Chinese cuisine, therefore, increased naturally over the country.

A truly special Haleem!

Every city in India is famous for celebrating a particular festival really well. Chennai is known for its magnificent Pongal celebrations; to see the grand scale of Vinayak Chaturthi, you must be in Mumbai; Old Goa shows the full splendour of Christmas; it is hard to beat the energy you could sense in New Delhi during National festivals. Similarly, Hyderabad is the place to be during Ramadan.

Every street and corner exudes a tranquil yet animated air. The faithful participate in prayers in old, majestic mosques and the shopping bazars of the old city become busy with people doing Eid shopping. Also, the local cuisine adds to the peculiar flavour of the festival. The Haleem is something that millions of Hyderabadis look forward to every year.

For those who are yet to try it, Haleem is a delectable stew made of grains and meat cooked on low flame for as long as 8 hours. Muslims break their fast at evening with this dish. Prepared using authentic methods, tender meat and premier ingredients including pure ghee, Paradise Pure n Fresh Haleem sets a high standard – something that has been recognised with a Times of IndiaBest Haleem in Town” award.

Welcome the rains!

Well, after a scorching heat wave, people had some respite with a brief spell of showers. Very soon, the monsoon arrives and the city looks beautiful again. Hyderabad in rains is a sight to behold and the season shows the city at its best – notwithstanding the traffic. The best part is that, when it comes to food to go with the breezy weather, the city offers so much variety.

Let’s look at some of things that you should check out this season. First is the widely admired Chai-Samosa combo. Few things can stand up to the feeling that soaks us as we dig into a hot Samosa with a steaming cup of Irani Chai to go with it. If you prefer baked food, the ever-popular Osmania and Khara biscuits with Irani Chai will make your day.Monsoon-Masti

If you are hungry, you can never go wrong with our Kebabs. Cooked using traditional methods, these soft and mouth-wateringly delicious appetizers are perfect for a rainy day. Beyond the Biryani

Paradise is popular across the country for serving the best Biryani. This reputation is definitely a gift, but it also presents an interesting problem. Sometimes, it does not encourage people to go beyond the usual suspects on our menu: the Chicken and Mutton Biryanis. People who did take occasional detours have interesting stories to tell. After Biryani, the most famous section on our menu is our exquisite selection of Kebabs.
