Our Haleem is prepared using authentic processes, in hygienic conditions with quality ingredients. We use fresh and tender meat, high-quality wheat, and premium ingredients like pure ghee and cashew nuts. Patiently and lovingly, our chefs prepare this delicious stew of meat and wheat, stirring it for hours on end, pounding it till it reaches that perfect texture and thick consistency. They then garnish it with pure ghee and fried onions.
